Para terminar la semana presentamos el último conjunto inspirado en My Little Pony. hoy es el turno de Pinky Pie.

Pinky Pie es un pony de tierra que trabaja tiempo parcial en una pastelería. Es el pony más divertido de todo Ponyville, aunque a veces se puede decir que roza la locura. Le encantan los dulces y las fiestas, y es la que interpreta la mayora parte de las canciones que aparecen en la serie. Representa el elemento de la risa. En este caso le hemos dado al conjunto un toque decora y fairy kei.

Vamos allá con nuestra selección :)

- Cardigan en un tono amarillo pastel a juego con los complementos. Un prenda cómoda que le da color al conjunto.

- Camiseta rosa con la marca de Pinky Pie. El color nos recuerda a su propio pelaje.

- Tutú en tonos pastel con adornos a base de lazos. En mi opinión, la prenda ideal para Pinky Pie.

- Medias con estampado en los tonos del conjunto, una prenda original y divertida, a juego con su personalidad.

- Zapatillas tipo converse en azul, a juego con algunas de las prendas del conjunto.

- Colgante de unicornio con los colores del outfit y un estampado parecido a las medias.

- Pulsera de estrellas de colores, lo que nos recuerda el estilo fairy kei.

To finish the week, we present the last My Little Pony's inspired outfit, today is Pinky Pie's turn.

Pinky Pie in an Earth pony that works in a bakery. She's the funniest pony in Ponyville, althoug sometimes she can look like a little crazy. She loves sweets and parties, and she sings the most part of the songs that we can find in the cartoon. She represents the element of laughter. We have chosen an outfit with a decora and fairy kei touch.

Here we go with our selection :)

- Soft yellow cardigan, it fits with the complements and gives a touch of color to the outfit.

- Pink T-shirt with the Pinky's cutie mark. The color is like her fur.

- Soft pink tutu with some ribbons. The perfect wear for Pinky Pie.

- Print tights in blue, pink and yellow. An original and funny wear, like Pinky's personality.

- Blue Converse that fits with the colors of the outfit.

- Unicorn pendant, it is from the same desingner than the tights.

- Little stars wristband, ginving a fairy kei touch to the outfit.

Llegamos a la última semana dedicada a los outfits de My Little Pony. Para este sábado presentamos un conjunto inspirado en el pony más honesto de todo Canterlot: AppleJack.

AppleJack es un pony terrestre que vive a las afueras de Ponyville en su granja, trabajando en el cultivo de manzanas junto con su familia. Representa el elemento de la honestidad, es noble y siempre dice la verdad, aunque algunas veces puede pecar de avaricia (Sobre todo en lo que se refiere a la venta de manzanas).

Vamos allá con nuestra selección :)

- Sombrero vaquero de mimbre, para que el sol no moleste mientras recolecta manzanas.

- Camisa a cuadros amarilla y blanca, lo que le da un toque campestre al conjunto, además de ser una prenda cómoda y sencilla.

- Camiseta de tirantes naranja para llevar debajo de la camisa, a juego con el pelaje de AppleJack.

- Short vaquero, un básico.

- Botas de cuero marrones, con tachuelas y tacón de madera, perfectas para acudir al rodeo pisando fuerte.

- Cinturón de cuero marrón, a juego con las botas.

- Hebilla en forma de manzana, como la marca que luce AppleJack.

We arrive to the last week with outfits inspired by My Little Pony. For this Saturday, we show you an outfit based in the most honest pony in the whole Canterlot: Applejack.

Applejack is an earth pony that live in the outskirts of Ponyville in her farm, working growing apples with her family. She represents the element of honesty, she is noble and always tell the truth, although sometimes can sin of avarice (Above all in concerning to the sale of apples).

Here we go with our selection :)

- Straw made cowboy hat, for the sun not to bother while gathering apples.

- Yellow and white plaid shirt, what gives to the outfit a country touch, in spite of being a really simple and comfortable clothing.

- Orange tank top to wear under the shirt, fitting with AppleJack's fur.

- Denim shorts, something basic.

- Brown leather boots, with tacks and wooden heel, perfect to go stomping to the rodeo.

- Brown leather belt, matching with the boots.

- A buckel apple shaped, as the mark that shows AppleJack.

Para este Freak Up presentamos un tutorial para conseguir unas uñas modo arco iris fácil y sencillo, sólo tenéis que seguir estos pasos:

This Freak Up, we present a nail art tutorial to get this result. It's easy and simple, you only have to follow our instructions:

En primer lugar, los materiales. Los colores pueden variar según el resultado que queramos conseguir, al igual que podemos omitir la purpurina. Es importante la esponjita pequeña para poder conseguir el efecto difuminado.

First of all, the material. The colors can change if we want a different result, and we can skip the purpurin. The little sponge is important if we want to get the blur effect.

Aplicamos una capa de protector, ya que el pigmento de los colores puede hacer que nuestras uñas amarilleen y nunca viene mal cuidarlas. Una vez que esté seco podemos empezar con los colores.

Apply a coat of transparent serum to protect our nail (The colors have a lot of pigment and it can make that our nails get yellow). When it'll be dry, we can start with the colors.

Ve pintando la esponja con los colores elegidos formando rayas en diagonal, ya que resulta más fácil a la hora de aplicarlo. No hace falta abusar del color, ya que habrá que repetir hasta conseguir la intensidad deseada.

Start to paint the sponge with the chosen colors making diagonal stripes (It's easier when you try to apply the sponge). You don't have to put to much nail polish, because you'll have to repeat that to get the intensity that you want.

Hora de usar la esponja como si se tratara de un sello sobre nuestras uñas, hay que repetir el proceso, como ya he dicho, hasta llenarnos el dedo de pintauñas para darle mayor intensidad.

Time to use the sponge with the colors like a stamp, apply it in your nail and repeat the process for your finger will be cover of nail polish.

Limpia el pintauñas sobrante con acetona y... ¡Voilà! Aquí se puede aplicar a una capa transparente o purpurina o lo que quieras ^^

Clean the nail polish on your finger and... Voilà! You can apply a top coat of purpurin or anything you like ^^

Este domingo seguimos con My Little Pony. En este caso, con un toque más fashion, tenemos el conjunto inspirado por Rarity.


Rarity es un unicornio dedicado al diseño de modas, representa el elemento de la generosidad. Destaca por ser la más presumida de todas sus amigas, en ocasiones un tanto vanidosa, pero nunca egoista, ya que siempre está dispuesta a compartir su habilidad con la aguja. En este caso, nos hemos decantado por un conjunto sencillo a la par que elegante, donde no puede faltar el brillo de lentejuelas y brillantes.


Vamos allá  :)

- Top palabra de honor de color morado, al igual que la crin de Rarity, además de ser el color predominante en este conjunto.
- Pantalón pitillo blanco, un básico muy combinable. A juego con su pelaje.
- Zapatos de tacón morados cubiertos de lentejuelas. Rarity no puede pasar desapercibida.
- Bolso morado con lentejuelas a juego con los zapatos.
- Gafas de sol de montura morada, a juego con el resto del conjuno, perfectas para pasear por Ponyville con estilo y sin que el sol moleste.
- Anillo de brillantes, al igual que la marca de Rarity, y reflejando su habilidad para encontrar gemas.

This Sunday we continue with the outfits inspired by My Little Pony's characters. This time, with a fashion touch, an outfit for Rarity.


Rarity is a unicorn that works as fashion designer too, she represents the element of generosity. She is the most conceited of all her friends, sometimes a little vain, but never selfish, because she always shares her skills with the needle with her friends. We have chosen a simple and elegant outfit with a lot of shine.


Here we go :)

- Purple strapless top, like Rarity's hair. Purple is the colour that predominates in this outfit.
- Skinny white trousers, a ver combinable basic. The same colour than her fur.
- Purple high heel shoes covered by spangles. Rarity can't go unnoticed.
- Purple bag with spangles too, like the shoes.
- Sunglasses with the eyeglass frame in purple. Perfect for going for a walk with style in Ponyville.
- Diamond ring, like Rarity's cutie mark. It reflects her ability to find gems.

Continuando con los outfits inspirados por My Little Pony. Este sábado presentamos a la pegaso más dulce de toda Ecuestria: Fluttershy.

Fluttershy es una pegaso, aunque realmente prefiere tener los pies en la tierra. De actitud tímida y dulce, representa el elemento de la bondad, como podemos ver en su dulce actitud con los animales de Ponyville y sobre todo con su conejito Ángel. En este caso hemos elegido un conjunto dulzón con cierto aire lolita en los complementos, todo ello en tonos pastel.

Allá vamos con nuestra selección :)

- Vestido de encaje amarillo, sin mangas y ajustado a la cintura. En este caso un amarillo suave y pastel, al igual que el pelaje de Fluttershy.

- Chaqueta rosa pastel, con un lacito al cuello. Un toque muy dulce para el conjunto.

- Cinturón a juego con la chaqueta para ceñirlo a la cintura.

- Zapatos Tea Party, del mismo tono de rosa que el resto de complementos, igual de dulces que la chaqueta, contribuyen al tono lolita del conjunto.

- Pendientes en forma de mariposa, al igual que la marca de Fluttershy.

- Bolso en forma de cabeza de conejito, al igual que Ángel, la mascota de Fluttershy.

We continue with the outfits inspired by My Little Pony. This Saturday we present the shyest and sweetest pegasus in all Ecuestria: Fluttershy.

 

Fluttershy is a pegasus, but she prefers keep her feet on the ground. She is normally shy and sweet, she represents the element of kindness, as we can see when she cares the animals from Ponyville and her pet, Angel. We have choosen an outfit with a lolita air at the complements and pastel colors.

Here we go with our selection :)

- Lace Yellow dress, without sleeves and tight in the waist. A soft and pastel yellow, like Fluttershy's fur.

- Soft pink jacket, with a bow in the neck. A sweet and lolita touch.

- Pink belt, the same color that the jacket, to tight the dress.

- Tea Party pink shoes, the same color that the other complements. They has got a lolita air, like the jacket.

- Butterfly earrings, like Fluttershy's cutie mark.

- Rabbit head bag, like the little Angel, Fluttershy's pet.

Este Freak Up presentamos un maquillaje inspirado en un personaje que supongo que todos conoceréis: Nyan Cat.

Nyan Cat consiste en un GIF animado por Christopher Torres, en el que se representa un gatito gris con cuerpo de "Pop-Tart" de cereza que vuela por el espacio dejando tras de sí una estela arco iris. Como curiosidad, decir que la canción original de Nyan Cat contaba con la voz de Miku Hatsune, pero posteriormente, al mezclarlo con la música que lo acompaña, se cambió a la voz de Utau.

Y aquí está el resultado, he encontrado este tutorial en el Deviantart de Katie Alves, donde además podéis encontrar un montón de maquillajes diferentes y originales. Espero que os guste ^^

This Freak Up, we present a make up inspired by a character that I supose everybody knows: Nyan Cat.

Nyan Cat is an animated GIF by Christopher Torres, it's a little grey kitty with a cherry "Pop-Tart" body that flies around the universe leaving a rainbow. Is interesting that the original song was sung by Miku Hatsune, but after, when the lyrics was mixed with the song, they choose Utau's voice.

And there is the result, I have found this in Katie Alves's Deviantart, where you can find a lot of different and original make ups. Hope you like it ^^

New Monster High Review II - Playsets

Indagando en la web he encontrado los nuevos playsets que nos prepara Mattel para el 2012 y que si no me equivoco saldrán hacia julio. Vamos allá:

En primer lugar el Coffin Beam de Clawdeen, este set incluye la muñeca que podemos ver en la foto además de los correspondientes muebles. Se trata de una pequeña cafetería que incluye un par de sofás y una pequeña mesa de café, además de lo que parece un expositor de bebidas. En mi opinión, un set útil aunque quizá los coleres sean demasiado variopintos.

Podemos ver también el Powder Room de Draculaura, que incluye una bañera con lavabo. Como no, un diseño bastante mono, muy propio de Draculaura, aunque al set realmente no le encuentro mucha utilidad (A menos que alguien tenga en mente llevar a cabo una casita o bien una sesión en el baño). En su defensa he de decir que me gusta el diseño de la bañera, aunque quizá un tanto recargado, resulta bastante bonito.

Por último, la Scooter de Ghoulia, que es una lástima que no incluya la muñeca (Como parece que ocurre en las fotos de la caja). Me parece un set perfecto y muy adecuado para Ghoulia, con un diseño la mar de mono (Me encantan las cerecitas en el lateral de la moto) y que puede dar bastante juego. Estoy bastante contenta con lo que han hecho, ya era hora de sacar algo así.

Surfing in the net I've found the new playsets that Mattel is preparing for 2012 and, if I'm not wrong, they will be out in July. Let's go:

In first place, Clawdeen's Coffin Beam, this set includes the doll we can see in the photo and the apropriate furniture. It is a little cafe that includes a couple of coaches and a little coffe table, in spite of what seems a beverage exhibitor. In my opinion, it's a useful set, although the colours are quite varied.

We can also see Draculaura's Powder Room, that includes a bath and a sink. As it couldn't be in another way, it is a pretty design, in the very own style of Draculaura herself, although I don't find this set really useful (Unless somebody has in mind to build a house or to make a sesion of photography in the bathroom). In its defense I must say that I like the design of the bath, but maybe it's a little bit recharged, but I like it.

At last, Ghoulia's Scooter, it's a pity that the doll is not included (As it's shown in the photos in the box). I think it's a perfect set, quite suitable for Ghoulia, with a really cute design (I love the cherries in the side of the motorcycle) and it can give enough game. I'm very happy with the work they have done, it was time to have something like this.
