You make me happy

Nuestra primera foto juntos y nuestra favorita

Our first and also our favourite photo
Hi-cha ^^ I know that maybe you don't mind quite much our private life, and maybe you neither mind everything I'm about to tell, but well, we're people, and all we have feelings, so I hope you to understand me. In this case, I come to talk about love. Not much long ago I thought that love was that feeling you have when you see "that" other person, a feeling that accelerated your heart and your stomach turned upside down, in one word, sickness. I also have in count that, theorically, the most important thing in a relationship is not money or sex, and that's why the best way to tell somebody you loved him or her was: "Oi, hear me, I have no currency and I'm impotent, but I don't know what happens that the more I see you the more sickness I feel", and in that way, surely, you could be with that person.

But that was some months ago, because little less than a year ago I found the person that made me realize of my mistake, that made me understand love as something deeper than all those things, and it's because love is the sentimental union of two people, but not just that, but an only historical and geographical union. In so much thousands of millions of people all over the world, in so much many past days in history, that two people find each other in the same point on Earth in the same time, it's something that will never be repeated, and that's why it must be enjoyed as something unique.

This person is Maria, the creator of this blog, the girl of my dreams, the future mother os my children, my girlfriend... "My girlfriend", something that I saw so much far away and complicated to get... Well, today I came to tell you that, in spite of not being the perfect boyfriend, I've tried to make her happy as much as I could while being together, and, if she allows me, I think I will do it for the rest of my life, because she has given me back strength to go on, to wake me up wanting to see her again smiling, to look at her eyes looking at mine... She has brought me back to life, she's my life.

Well, I don't want to make it longer, because, maybe, you're tired of reading me, but just some last words: Maria, I love you *-*

One more week, Freak Up bring us three clothes designs inspired by three of the districts of Panem, this time it's the turn to 7, 8 and 9. Everyday we have to wait less in Spain ^^ We hope you like it and, if you need to see the images bigger, remember to click on them.

In first place, we find District 7, dedicated to lumber. In this case, we have a not much complex but striking outfits. Both of them wear on the top a red square shirt, tipical for a lumberjack. For the boy, we also have a light colours vest with suspenders. She wears a skirt and he wears trousers, but both of them with a print that looks like the cortex of the wood. and, to show us their domain of the axes, some cuts that go through all over the outfit upside down. Quite strking outfits and clear in their meaning. I think these are the most original in today series.

For District 8, dedicated to fabric and outfits, light set of clothes, in dark colours, quite simple, and they also wear cloaks made with the best fabric all over Panem, with different prints, quite pompous and showy. These are not the most complex outfits, but, maybe, some of the most shiny.

Finally we enter in District 9. This district attend to cereal harvest. Their outfits are based in the outfits that many tribes wear all over the world. For this, she has chosen a long skirt made with long branches of wheat, and he has taken a little loincloth, similar to the woman skirt, but in a shorter lenght. Both of them wear necklaces and bracelets, in spite of the facial painting. The truth is that I think that these are really curious outfits and really curious references.

We hope you like it ;) And see you next Wednesday with the last series of outfits ^^

Proud Owner Of...

Nendoroid is a little plastic dolls brand created by the japanese company Good Smile Company. Nendoroid are replicas of characters taken from anime or manga series, or characters related to the otaku world, and, in some cases, they are limited purpose of collecting. They're tiny, with a height of a couple of inches (10 centimeters), although it depends on the character that they're based on. They're used to be made in a chibi style, with a huge head and a tiny body, giving them a more kawaii touch ^^ The main characteristic of these dolls are their interchangeable parts, specially arms and faces, to give them more variety of expressions and postures.

In spite of classic Nendoroid, we can find some products related to them, as the Nendoroid Petit (also called Puchi), those are Nendoroid in a more little height, with no changes in face or body, but they're usually sold next to other characters of the same anime or manga. In the other hand, we can find Nendoroid Plus, that, although they belong to the same company, they're not Nendoroid as well, but divided in Charm Netsuke (chibi keyrings of any character) and Plushie Series (also chibi plushies, as those ones that everybody knows). At last, we have Playset, little stages made in Nendoroid scale for our little friends, where they look much more cute *-* To the date, this company has only out for sale four or five of these sets, and some of them have become, if not impossible, really difficult to find >_< But there's always an option to make your own stage =P

As everywhere, official Nendoroid got their rivalry in some fake ones, although nowadays this company has no complains. Although with a few little differences from the originals, copies are quite similar to these, and to a lower price. The problem is found when in some shops these copies are sold as real ones, so be careful when you buy any one of them ;)

By the moment we have three Nendoroid: Miku, from Vocaloid, and Ciel and Sebastian, from Kuroshitsuji, but the next step will be customize a new one. Well, we leave you here with some of the first photos we took of them ^^ Hope you enjoyed the post ^^

Just Maria eati... Wait, what?
Me having a... One moment, please, once again?

We're going to end this week with a more grunge and pimp outfit for a character that ooze goodness by every step: Hamtaro, main character of the anime with the same name. Hamtaro (or Hamutaro in Japanese) is a brave hamster that, with the help of his so many friends, tries to get difficult achievements, or at least they are for a hamster's life.

This is our selection ^^

- An orange beanie hat. With this hat we try to give him the look of the so much typical of Hamtaro.
- A pair of broken jeans, with those we wanted to give him a quite grunge touch.
- A white T-shirt, as Hamtaro himself, with the draw of a skull, we must remember that it's not exactly the friendly hamster.
- An orange palestine scarf, strengthen the orange colour.
- Some chains to hang on the pocket for our pimp friend.
- Trainers with a worn skin look, because of the so much adventures he has had.

This has been our selection for today. We hope you have enjoyed it ^^ See you later.

                                                                     * * * * *

This Saturday we present to start the weekend a spring outfit inspired by Bijou, a little hamster that belongs to the anime Hamtaro.

Bijou is known too like Colitas in South America, Lacitos in Spain or Ribbon-chan in Japan. She's a little hamster from France, with white fur and  she always wears her distinctive ponytails with blue ribbons. She is in love with Hamtaro, although I think that he doesn't realize.

Here we go with our selection :)

- White dress with an Ibiza air. A wear with an innocent and cute touch for the outfit.
- Denim jacket, because the weather in spring is unpredictable and maybe can be cold. The colour fits with the complements.
- Navy blue shoes with a little bow in the point. Comfortable shoes for Bijou.
- Navy blue diadem with a bow for the hair, like the ribbons that our character wears.
- Pandora wristband in blue tones and with a little sunflower, a detail present in the anime.
- Sunflowerbag, the spring is coming, like the wristband, the sunflower is an item present in the anime.

We hope you like our selection and see you tomorrow with a new outfit. Have a nice Saturday ^^

                                                                 * * * * *

Here we go with the second post about the clothes for the selected Tributes for the new Hunger Games, this time we are going to talk about District 4, 5 and 6. Click on the images if you want to see them bigger ^^

In the first placer, for the tributes from District 4 we see a couple of quite sexy designs, we have no doubt that they've been inspirated by the activity of this area, fishing. For both male and female we see outfits based in a fishing net, leaving exposed the most of their bodies, excepting that one that is hidden under a tiny red undergarment that seems to shine, maybe looking like the scales of a fish. Both of them are barefoot, perhaps like a reference to the water, where they work.
A couple of simple clothes at the same time that they're meaningful and sensual.

As soon as Tributes from District 5, it's notable that they focus in the electricity production. For her we see a electric blue corset and a skirt with some generators that produce sparks, you can see that in the shoes too.
For him, an outfit inspired by the typical nerd outfit, but with some of the same generators than her, it's original but ridiculous too.

In District 6, they are responsible of the transportation. For both we can see the typical colours of the traffic lights and forms that remind us traffic sings: She wears something like a dress with a tail of traffic lights, he wears a sort of tunic with the same semaphores. They wear "road stocking". It's a original and meaning idea, although, maybe they can do other type of desing. I think that they are the most original outfits in this post.

We hope you like it ans see you the next Wednesday with new outfits ;)

Proud Owner Of...

                                                                  * * * * *

Pullip are collecting dolls created by the company Cheonsang Cheonha  (located in South Korea) in 2003. They were first sold by Jun Planning, a japanese company; then to be passed to Groove in 2009, the company that nowadays is in charge of the distribution.
Through all these years, Pullip have been evolving, both in molds for the faces, the make up and, the most important thing, the body, getting to the actual body, the "Body 4" that you can see in the next photo:

As you can apreciate here, the high of the body could agree around the high of a Barbie, but with a quite disproportionate head that grows the set.

The word "Pullip" means "a blade of grass" in korean. Actually it's a collection of 17 years old girls, each one of them with a huge individual style, and with their own biography (That you can find on this page [Link]).
The most peculiar thing of these dolls is the mechanism of the eyes, that consists of a handle in the back side of the head that allows to move them, and a series of buttons that close them, and that's why it offers much more possibilities when taking pictures. Another aspect is that they are completely customizable, they can be changed in hair and eyes and modified in make up.

Today we can find more than a hundred models of Pullip in shops, although some of them have been ran out of stock as the time passed by. Both Groove and Jun Planning have offered limited series  of these dolls with their own certificates of authenticity; collaborations with some clothing brands, as Angelic Pretty, Innocent World or H. Naoto; or anime based characters, such as Kuroshitsuji, Mahou Shoujo Madoka Magica, Evangelion, Rozen Maiden, Neo Angelique...

Apart from the Pullip, other models, concerning this plastic family, have been created by Jun Planning and Groove:
- Namu: Actual ex-boyfriend of Pullip, it was the first male model launches by Jun Planning.
- Taeyang: Actual boyfriend of Pullip and substitute of Namu, more handsome and proportionate.
- Dal: Sister of Taeyang and friend of Pullip, in a much more childish look with a tinier body.
- Byul: The best friend of Dal and, in the same way, in a more childish look.
- Isul: One of the last launchments, he's the younger brother of Pullip and boyfriend of Byul.
For more information about these characters and their biography, you can visit the link above ^^

And finally, here you have some pics of my girls. You can find a lot of more in my Flickr, I hope you like them :)
