Este Freak Up vamos a hacer algo un poco diferente: Hemos escogido un par de personajes para inaugurar nueva temática, y para cada uno, una serie de productos que podrían servir para llevar a cabo un maquillaje inspirado en ellos ^^

 Para la Princesa Chicle, tonos rosas y morados, al igual que lo que predomina en el dibujo del personaje. La mayoría de productos los podéis encontrar en Sephora. Vamos allá con nuestra selección:

A la hora de maquillar los ojos tenemos eyeliner morado junto con una sombra rosa bastante intensa, lápiz de ojos blanco para la parte inferior, una mirada dulce y sencilla, como lo es nuestro personaje. Hemos añadido colorete igualmente de color rosa y un brillo de labios con sabor a chicle, nada mejor para la princesa.

Para las uñas un tono intermedio entre morado y rosa.

En el caso de Finn, tonos más azules, acordes con su vestimenta:

Eyeliner negro para delinear el ojo, con el añadido de dos tonos de sombra azul que nos permita crear efectos y combinaciones. Un toque de color para las pestañas con rímel azul oscuro, nos ha parecido original. Brillo de labios transparente para dar un toque brillante.

Rompemos un poco los tonos azules con el pintauñas verde, a juego con su mochila.

This Freak Up, we are going to do something different: We have chosen two characters to start a new theme, and to each character, some products to do a make up inspired by them.

For the Princess Bubblegum, pink and purple colors, like the colors that we can see in the character's draw. The most of the products belongs to Sephora. Here we go with our selection:

We start with the eyes, purple eyeliner with an intense pink eye shadow, white eye pencil to the bottom of the eye, a sweet and simple look, like our character. We have added pink blush too and a flavoured gum lip gloss, perfect for the princess.

Finally a nail polish with an intermediate color between pink and purple.

On the other hand, Finn, with different blue tones, like his clothes:

Black eyeliner to delineate the eye, with two eyeshadows in blue and navy blue to create different effects and combinations. A color touch to the lashes with a navy blue mascara the we found very original. Transparent lip gloss to give a shiny touch.

And we broke with the blue tones adding a green nail polish, like Finn's bag.

The most of the products belongs to Sephora too.

Hoy vamos a estrenar una nueva sección (Con banner y todo) : En How To Spend Your Freak Time vamos a ofreceros recomendaciones y reseñas de libros, anime, series, cómics y todo aquello que caiga en nuestras manos. Así que esperamos que los disfrutéis.

Para estrenar este sección, os vamos a hablar de "Un Tesoro", una de las últimas obras a manos de la editorial Dibbuks que ha salido a la luz en España.

Esta obra nos transporta a un mundo victoriano con un cierto toque steampunk con las letras de Francisco Naranjo como camino y las ilustraciones de Víctor Rivas como acompañantes de travesía. M, una extraña mujer que suele vestir de negro y rodearse de gatos, encuentra su tesoro, al que va a proteger de todas las maldades por parte de una sociedad donde lo que más importa son las apariencias.

Naranjo nos narra este cuento de aires burtonescos y tintes oscuros capaz de enternecer a cualquiera. Una lectura ligera y sencilla que nos arrancará una sonrisa al terminar el relato. Recomendable para todos aquellos a los que les guste leer y para los que no también.

Junto a la susodicha historia, unas ilustraciones fantásticas, caricaturas de esta sociedad victoriana. Por no hablar de lo que he dicho antes, el toque steampunk, como podemos ver en una de mis ilustraciones favoritas.

Today we're going to release a new section (With its own banner): In How To Spend Your Freak Time we will offer to you some recommendations and reviews of books, anime, TV series, cómics and all that stuff that falls in our hands. So we hope you to enjoy this.

To release this section we will talk about "Un Tesoro", one of the last works made by the publishing house Dibbuks that has seen the light in Spain. This work will carry us to a victorian world with some steampunk touches with the words of Francisco Naranjo as the road and the pictures by Victor Rivas as companions for this passage. M, a wird woman that is used to dress in blacks and to be sorrounded by cats, finds her treasure, the one that she's going to protecto of all kind of evil things that come from a society where the most important thing is the appearance itself.

Naranjo tells us this story in a way that reminds us to Tim Burton with dark touches, able to soften anybody. A light and easy reading that will take us a smile when finishing the tale. Advisable for all those who likes reading and for those who doesn't too.

With this story, some really great pictures, caricatures of this victorian society. Not to mention what I said before, the steampun touch, as we can see in one of my favourite illustrations.

Hoy le dedicamos el último día a los Vengadores. Cierra la serie de conjuntos uno de los héroes favoritos: Iron Man.

Tony Stark es el hombre detrás de la máscara de Iron Man. Nace en 1963 en el número 39 de Tales of Suspense, y, desde entonces, han sido numerosas sus apariciones, tanto en revistas y cómics como en películas, de las cuales destaca la obra de Jon Favreau con Robert Downey Jr. interpretrando al multimillonario. Si bien Iron Man no tiene poderes por sí mismo, pero su armadura, que bebe de la estética de The Rocketeer, le ofrece fuera sobrehumana, capacidad de volar y una variada gama de armamento entre otros. Como bien se describe él mismo en la película, si le quitamos la armadura, sigue siendo un genio billonario, playboy y filántropo. Poco más nos queda por decir sobre Tony Stark.


Aquí vamos con el conjunto de hoy ^^

- Para empezar, le hemos dado un toque informal con una chaqueta granate de aire deportivo.
- Unos pantalones mostaza que complementan las rayas de la chaqueta.
- Unas Doc Martens de color granate para demostrar su carácter firme.
- Para lucir estilo, unas gafas de sol de cristal amarillo.
- Finalmente, la joya de la corona, una camiseta donde queda patente que Tony Stark tiene corazón. Esta camiseta, a gusto del que la lleve, ilumina o apaga el corazón de Iron Man. Personalmente, me vuelve loco.

Today we will dedicate one last day to the Avengers. One of the favourites closes this series: Iron Man.

Tony Stark is the man behing the mask of Iron Man. He's born in 1963 in the 39th number of Tales of Suspense and, since then, there have been a lot of appearances, both in magazines and comic books as well as in films, highlighting the one of Jon Favreau with Robert Downey Jr. playing the famous millonaire. As we know, Iron Man has no powers himself, but his armor, that looks like the one of The Rocketeer, offers him a superhuman strength, ability to fly and a wide series of weapons inter alia. As he describes himself in the film, if we take him his armor, he still is a genius billionaire, playboy and philantropist. We don't have much to say about Tony Stark.


Here we go with the outfit for today ^^

- To begin, we wanted to give him an informal touch with a garnet jacket with a sporty air.
- Trousers in mustards that complements the stripes in the jacket.
- A pair of Doc Martens in garnets to show his grit.
- To show his style, yellow glasses.
- Finally, the jewel in the crown, a T-shirt where we're shown that Tony Stark has a heart. This T-shirt, as the one who wears it wants, switches on or off the heart of Iron Man. Personally, it drives me mad.

Hoy empezamos el último fin de semana dedicado al grupo de Marvel de los Vengadores. Hoy es el turno de Hawkeye (Ojo de Halcón).


Clint Barton (su nombre real) trabajaba como arquero de feria hasta que conoce a Natasha Romanoff (la Viuda Negra). Tras una serie de enfrentamientos con Iron Man, decide redimirse y tratar de formar parte del grupo de los Vengadores. A lo largo de su carrera forma parte de los Defensores, de los Vengadores de la Costa Oeste, los Vengadores de los Grandes Lagos o los Thunderbolts. Aunque sus apariciones no son las más sonadas, posiblemente sea uno de los personajes más regulares de la Marvel.


Aquí teneís el conjunto de hoy ^^

- Una camiseta sin mangas, similar a la del uniforme clásico de Hawkeye.
- Un sombrero fedora de color morado, contrastando con la camiseta y, junto al fular del mismo color, dándole un toque de estilo.
- Unos pantalones de traje, que le dan el contrapunto al aire deportivo de la camiseta.
- Unos zapatos morado oscuro que, junto a todo lo demás, completan ese aire renovado de gángster de los años '20.

Today we will start the last weekend dedicated to the Avengers, the Marvel team. Today it's time for Hawkeye.


Clint Barton (his real name) worked as a bowman in a fair until he meets Natasha Romanoff (the Black Widow). After a series of clashes with Iron Man, he decides to apologize and join in the Avengers team. Through his whole career he has joined the Defenders, the West Coast Avengers, the Great Lakes Avengers or the Thunderbolts. Although his appearances haven't been the most known, he's possibly one of the most regular in Marvel.


Here you have the outfit for today ^^

- A sleeveless T-shirt, in a similar way to the classic uniform of Hawkeye.
- A fedora hat in purples, contrasting with the T-shirt and, next to the scarf of the same colour, giving him a touch of style.
- Suit trousers, what gives the counterpoint of the sporty air of the T-shirt.
- Dark purple shoes that, with all the other stuff, complete that new air of 20's gangster.

Una vez más estamos aquí para traer un conjunto. Esta vez vamos a pasarle el testigo a otro de los Vengadores: Thor.

Es uno de los pocos personajes de Marvel que no son fruto de una mutación genética, sino que procede de la mitología, en este caso la mitología nórdica. A pesar de ello, ha adoptado numerosas identidades humanas. Se trata de uno de los fundadores del equipo original de los Vengadores. Por otro lado, sus poderes como dios no provienen de su fuerza, sino de Mjölnir, su martillo, el cual le permite controlar el clima y los rayos además de permitirle viajar por diferentes dimensiones y absorber energía.

Pasemos a ver el conjunto ^^

- Unas zapatillas deportivas en tonos marrones, ya que hemos querido darle un aire skater, tan rápido como un rayo.
- Unos vaqueros de 3/4, para ir más cómodo y moverse con mayor ligereza.
- La camiseta muestra unos círculos en el pecho, como la armadura de metal asgardiano original.
- La capa es sustituida por una camisa roja de cuadros de manga corta para llevar abierta sobre la camiseta.
- Una muñequera roja y negra que hace las veces de guantelete, y le otorga la fuerza necesaria.
- Finalmente, una réplica del Mjölnir, el martillo de nuestro héroe, que servirá como colgante para evitar molestar demasiado.

Once again here we are to bring an outfit to you. This time we're giving the word to another one of the Avengers: Thor.

This is one of the few Marvel characters that is not the product of a genetic mutation, but he comes from the mythology, in this case, the nordic one. Ins spite of that, he has had many human identities. He's one of the founders of  in the original team of the Avengers. In the other side, his powers as god doesn't come from his own strength, but from Mjölnir, his hammer, which allows him to control the weather and thunders in spite of travelling between dimensions and get more power.

Let's see the outfit ^^

- A pair of trainers in browns, because we wanted to give him a skater touch, as fast as a thunder.
- 3/4 Denim trousers, to feel more comfortable and move with more lightness.
- The T-shirt shows some circles in the chest, as the original armor made with metal from Asgard.
- The coat is replaced by a red short sleeved plaid shirt to wear open on the T-shirt.
- A red and black wristband that works as gauntlet, and gives to him the necessary strenght.
- Finally, a replica of Mjölnir, our heroe's hammer, that will serve as necklace to not bother too much.

Como las semanas anteriores, este sábado presentamos un outfit inspirado en otro de los personajes de Los Vengadores: La Viuda Negra.

La Viuda Negra es otro de los personajes pertenecientes al universo de Marvel. A lo largo de los años se han dado diversas Viudas Negras, destacando a Natasha Romanoff y su némesis Yelena Belova.

Como habilidades, decir que Viuda Negra pertenece a una organización de espías rusa, gran atleta y gimnasta, experta en karate, judo, savate, kung fu y boxeo, tiradora destacada, por no hablar de su entrenamiento en lo que se refiere a espionaje. Por lo demás, se sirve de la tecnología inventada por científicos soviéticos destacando su "mordida de la viuda".

Vamos allá con nuestra selección :)

- Camiseta sin mangas de cuello alto de color negro. Una prenda con un toque deportivo y sensual, ya que nos permite adivinar la figura tras la tela.

- Corsé underbust granate, que igualmente destaca la figura, aludiendo al símbolo que luce la Viuda Negra propiamente dicha en su abdomen.

- Pantalones tobilleros de color negro, ajustados y cómodos.

- Botines granates de tacón (Mi pieza favorita), a juego con el corsé, estilizando las piernas al ser altos.

- Pendientes de pistola, como las armas que dispara Viuda Negra.

- Anillo con una araña de plata, haciendo referencia al animal del que procede su nombre.

As the last weeks, this Saturday we present an outfit inspired by other character that belongs to The Avengers: The Black Widow.

The Black Widow belongs to the Marvel universe. There are two important Black Widow in the history: Natasha Romanoff and her enemy, Yelena Belova.

The Black Widow is a russian spy, she's a very good athelete and gymnast and she is a karate, judo, savate, kung fu and boxeo expert and a shooter, we can speak about her training as a spy too. She uses the technology invented by Soviet scientists highlighting the "widow's bite".

Here we go with out selection :)

- Black tank top with turtleneck. A wear with a sporty and sexy touch, we can guess the female figure behind the fabric.

- Garnet underbust that highlights the female curves and alludes to the mark that the Black Widow spider has.

- Black pirate trousers, skinny and comfortable.

- Garnet high heel boots (My fauvorite wear) , they fit with the corset and style the legs.

- Gun earrings, like the weapon that Black Widow uses.

- Spider ring, it references to the spider.
