Freak Wardrobe

Una semana más, Freak Up trae tres diseños inspirados en tres de los distritos de Panem, esta vez le toca el turno a los distritos 7, 8 y 9. Ya queda menos para el final en España ^^ Esperamos que os guste, y si necesitáis ver las imágenes a tamaño completo, recordad hacer click sobre ellas.

En primer lugar nos encontramos con el Distrito 7, dedicado a los suministros de madera. En este caso, tenemos unos vestidos no demasiado complejos, pero sí muy resultones. Ambos llevan en la parte superior una camisa a cuadros roja, típica de cualquier leñador. En el caso del chico, también un chaleco en tonos claros y unos tirantes. Ella lleva una falda y él un pantalón, ambos con un estampado muy típico de la corteza de madera y, para demostrar su dominio del hacha, algunos cortes que recorren el conjunto de arriba a abajo. Bastante llamativos y claros en lo que representan. Creo que son los más originales de hoy.

Para el Distrito 8, dedicado a los textiles y la ropa, unos trajes ligeritos de ropa, en tonos oscuros, muy simples, que van acompañados de unas capas hechas con las mejores telas de todo Panem, con estampados diversos, pero muy pomposas y llamativas. No son los trajes más complejos, pero sí, tal vez, de los más llamativos.

Finalmente entramos en el Distrito 9. Este distrito se ocupa de la recolección del cereal. Sus trajes están basados en los trajes de muchas tribus indígenas del planeta. Para ella han escogido una falda larga hecha con largas ramas de trigo, y para él, un pequeño taparrabos, similar a la falda de mujer, pero de menores dimensiones. Ambos dos decorados con pulseras y colgantes, además de pintura facial. La verdad es que me parecen unos diseños curiosos con curiosos referentes.

One more week, Freak Up bring us three clothes designs inspired by three of the districts of Panem, this time it's the turn to 7, 8 and 9. Everyday we have to wait less in Spain ^^ We hope you like it and, if you need to see the images bigger, remember to click on them.

In first place, we find District 7, dedicated to lumber. In this case, we have a not much complex but striking outfits. Both of them wear on the top a red square shirt, tipical for a lumberjack. For the boy, we also have a light colours vest with suspenders. She wears a skirt and he wears trousers, but both of them with a print that looks like the cortex of the wood. and, to show us their domain of the axes, some cuts that go through all over the outfit upside down. Quite strking outfits and clear in their meaning. I think these are the most original in today series.

For District 8, dedicated to fabric and outfits, light set of clothes, in dark colours, quite simple, and they also wear cloaks made with the best fabric all over Panem, with different prints, quite pompous and showy. These are not the most complex outfits, but, maybe, some of the most shiny.

Finally we enter in District 9. This district attend to cereal harvest. Their outfits are based in the outfits that many tribes wear all over the world. For this, she has chosen a long skirt made with long branches of wheat, and he has taken a little loincloth, similar to the woman skirt, but in a shorter lenght. Both of them wear necklaces and bracelets, in spite of the facial painting. The truth is that I think that these are really curious outfits and really curious references.
